Our annual homeowner's meeting will be held on Wednesday, December 4th at 630pm via Microsoft Teams.

We need your ballots returned! We have only received a handful. We have 63 registered owners. While we have given you until December 2nd to vote, we don't want you to forget! Return them early so you don't have to worry about your voice not being heard. There will NOT be an active vote online. All votes must be returned before the meeting and the new board will be announced at the end of the meeting.

We still need volunteers for our committees. The board cannot do all the roles by ourselves. All committees are currently open for members. If you are interested, please fill out a "Contact Us" form, near the bottom of the left hand side links and send it to Sarah Tripp.

OUR COMMUNITY

Anderson Farms is a 150+ acre community, that is newly minted off of Louisville Road, in the picturesque countryside of Grovetown, Georgia.This association of 67 homesites, (63 custom homes completed), built on the outskirts of Appling and established in 2021, boasts large lots and a real down-home feel. Stroll along our idyllic country roads and listen to the birds chirp and families at play, while being surrounded by the comfort of knowing you aren't too far from urban life. Our association owns two large ponds and with that, a multitude of wildlife surrounds it.
