For closing attorneys or residents that are moving:

Please submit this form to request closing letters.There is a $10 fee that must be paid in order to receive the document.  Please send funds via check or money order to:

If you would rather pay via an electronic payment submission*
1) Residents may go to the red bell and click on the closing documentation fee and follow the prompts.
2) Attorneys or representatives may request to receive a call to process an electronic submission in the message portion of this request.
*An additional fee may apply and will be added by the payment processing company.

After receiving funds, the documentation will be emailed or mailed to the the contact information as directed. If we have any questions, we will reach out to the number you provide. If you would like to be contacted, please leave that in the message. Please allow up to 14 days for completion. Thank you!
