ARB Request

Anderson Farms Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions state "if you are making any outside/exterior changes to your home or lot, you must get these changes approved, in writing, before proceeding."

Please thoroughly review the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions along with the Building Guidelines before submitting this form to make sure what you are planning is within guidelines. 

Please complete this form and provide as much detailed information as possible that pertains to your project request to include: colors, descriptions, styles, materials, size, and locations. A copy of blueprints, platts, drawings, photos, etc. must accompany your request.

ONLY ONE PROJECT PER REQUEST. For example, you want to put a shed in, a fence around it, and make landscaping changes. This is three different requests. 

Please allow 30 days for the request to be reviewed.

Failure to fill out the request in full as well as failure to attach platts or drawings, will result in a delay and possible denial with a need for resubmission.

You will receive an approval or denial letter to your preferred communication method.
